I was going to have the terrace all around the 40ft house. Chelsie offered me with two solutions. 40ft house with roof and front veranda only. If need all around veranda. It had to take one extra more container to ship it.or she asked whether to changed to 20ft size house with all over veranda. Then we only need one container to ship everything inside, it save lots of freight fees. My husband and i finally pick the 20ft house. And took all the veranda. We got some helps when house arrived to install , it is very easy and fast to install. Around 2 days for everything. our kids are happy about this mini dreamy house too.
